Welcome to the Jethro Manager Installation Guide. This guide provides installation instructions, configuration instructions, conceptual information, and information on how to use Jethro Manager, a graphical user interface (GUI) that allows you to manage your Jethro query node from the web browser.
Jethro Manager provides a great user experience for the basic and most commonly-used features when running Jethro, such as: easy visual loading experience, load management capabilities, and a wizard for creating and attaching instances.
Jethro query node, however, is a CLI (command line) based software that runs on Linux machines. While Jethro manager helps to decrease the amount of work that needs to be made using command lines in Linux, it is important to understand that it is not yet a full alternative to using CLI, and that some of the more advanced features in Jethro would still need to be controlled by using the Linux interface.
For complete information about Jethro command lines, see Jethro's Administration and Getting Started guides.
